Supporting young people and families across Birmingham and Coventry, with a focus on local needs and helping communities belong, contribute and thrive.YMCA Heart of England offers free weekly youth sessions for ages 9–17 at Hagard Community Space. These inclusive, welcoming sessions are designed to boost confidence, support mental and physical wellbeing, and help young people connect, express themselves, and thrive. Each session provides a relaxed space where young people can enjoy games, creative activities, group challenges, sports, and access informal mental health support. With guest workshops, youth-led projects, and a focus on teamwork and movement, there’s something for everyone to get involved in.
