About The Tree Sanctuary
The Tree Sanctuary is home to rescued vandalised, damaged and unwanted trees which are nurtured and then planted back out in community spaces. We are a small group of people who campaign for trees and will teach all age groups about trees and wildlife in a fun friendly environment. We can offer tree planting sessions, seed harvesting, nature photography, tree identification, wildlife care and experiences with nature including walks, tree lore, bird watching, nature crafts, animal tracking and all things wild and wonderful. Our base is in a safe, gated locked allotment site with bird hide, bee hives, pond, wormery , veg plots and of course lots of trees.
We have tools and shelter and lots to talk about and knowledge to share with designated planting areas a short walk away.
