About The Light House

The Light House aims to offer affordable, accessible, and professional counselling to all in need. Our goals are to: - Provide a safe, non-judgmental space of acceptance and empathetic understanding. - Offer relief from distress and suffering. - Promote emotional health and well-being. - Enable healthier relationships. We provide individual counselling for anyone over the age of 18, regardless of faith, ethnicity, gender, or sexuality. The Light House is a safe place to discuss any issues in a non-judgmental environment, no matter how big or small.
