Teamspringboard Community Interest Company runs the ZEN Community Garden, and helps Crow Recycling with their Garden, and to set up other Community Gardens, growing organically and Permaculturally. Volunteers can learn about Gardening, Wildlife, Nature, individual volunteers often get to take fruit and vegetables in season, and help to grow to feed local people as most of the food we grow gets donated to Foodbanks, Soup Kitchens and other good causes. We also like to sit down after (in between) work for a cuppa, and a biccie and have a chat too. The Community Garden is situated beside a Nature Reserve area, so lovely and green, and lots of birdsong - fantastic being outdoors and getting away from everyday life if needed, helping to make you happier and healthier!
