About SOBS (Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide)

Through our peer to peer support services, we help individuals bereaved by suicide support each other, at the time of their loss and in the months and years that follow. We aim to provide safe, confidential environments where people can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other. Adults over the age of 18 can access support in a number of ways:- * Face to Face groups (put in your postcode on our website to find your nearest group) * Virtual Groups (listing on our website) * By Phone on our Support Line - 0300 111 5065 (open 7 days a week, 9am-7pm) * Via Email ([email protected])
