About No Panic

No Panic is a national registered charity that helps and supports those living with Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders. Quite often people who contact No Panic are unable to get help or have been waiting a long time for therapy. No Panic offers support that can prevent certain situations from reaching crisis point. Our Helpline is available 365 days of the year 10am to 10pm. We train our volunteers to be empathetic listeners and help callers to personally manage their mental health. All of our services are provided over the telephone or internet which provide enormous flexibility, comfort and confidentiality to those we support. Our volunteers can work from any location. Everything is done from home, including training, and there is never a need to attend elsewhere, so limited fitness or mobility is not a problem.
