About DOR - Romanian Diaspora

DOR - Romanian Diaspora is a community-focused organization dedicated to empowering Romanian migrants in the UK. We address structural challenges such as economic inequality, racial discrimination, and underrepresentation while promoting cultural awareness and integration. By amplifying the voices of the Romanian community, DOR fosters inclusion, civic engagement, and opportunities for growth. Our initiatives build resilience and social mobility, creating a foundation for collective progress. We are an online based organisation (no physical presence), a direct response to the fragmentation of our communities in the UK and Europe. However, we work and target specific communities in the UK, specifically across West Midlands & Warwickshire as this is where the organisation stems from.
