About Act on Energy

Act on Energy is a non-profit organisation and a registered environmental charity based in Warwickshire. At Act on Energy we strive to engage with householders to support them through their energy journey, offering a full home energy support service and free, impartial advice with the householder at the centre of all that we do. We ensure that we provide assistance to the most vulnerable householders through all their energy needs and aim to empower others to make ongoing decisions that will provide better health and economic outcomes for residents. We cover areas such as: Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. Our work covers a wide range of services from energy bill advice, fuel switching, referrals for physical measures, grant availability, income maximisation and onwards referrals to other agencies. We can also conduct home visits to give householders personalised advice; attend local exhibitions and events to promote energy efficiency. We operate in partnership with authorities such as charities, health professionals and local councils to develop school projects that involve the whole community; and develop and carry out local schemes for rural and urban communities.
