Office volunteering - Tasks: phone & email enquiries, general admin including post, filing, IT support and reception duties.Detailed description
Expectations:
Hours: Flexible to be agreed.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Assist with document managing system (archiving).
• Assist with answering phone calls, enquiries taking and communicating messages – sending emails.
• Assist with general administration as and when needed including dealing with internal and external post, purchase order numbers. Provide basic IT support (using Microsoft office package.)
• Being part of the admin team and representing Valley House.
Skills & Qualities
• Confident telephone manner.
• Verbal and written communication skills (such as letter/email writing)
• Good team player
• Keyboard skills

Reach
REACH Peer Support Service provides support for people aged 18 years and over who have common or severe mental illness. The service provides 1-2-1 support to people signposted from the Partnership Trust who may benefit from support in the Community from the VCFSE (Voluntary Community Faith and Social Enterprises).
Nursery
Our nursery welcomes children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old, with a team of passionate and qualified staff dedicated to providing engaging learning experiences and a fun-filled environment.
