Detailed description

The Festival is Open 11-4pm both days could you spare some time to help set up from 9am -11am or help put away at 4pm . Putting out tables and chairs, setting up gazebos, setting up activities and helping stall holders bring their equipment in. The festival will once again deliver an exciting lineup of activities to showcase the creativity, culture and passion of the local community, and has been made possible thanks to National Lottery players, through The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Visitors can enjoy a wide programme of free entertainment across the weekend, from live music and theatre to guided walks along the river. Families can take part in creative activities such as mural painting, storytelling, crafts, and hands-on workshops. Attendees will also get the chance to meet Lady Good-Diver, the Sherbourne Valley Project’s playful mascot, and capture a photo with her.

Flowing through the heart of Coventry, the River Sherbourne is both an important natural feature and a link to the city’s heritage. The festival offers a chance for people of all ages to rediscover the river, celebrate its role in the community, and experience a lively mix of performances, art, and activities inspired by its story.
