To support and assist with the classification of animals seen in the captured footage on cameras as part of the National Hedgehog Monitoring Programme.

To support and assist with the classification of animals seen in the captured footage on cameras as part of the National Hedgehog Monitoring Programme.


Tasks include:

• Reviewing camera footage.

• Use of Mammal Web to identify animals captured on camera. (Training on Mammal Web and instructions will be 

provided).


Skills and abilities required: 

• Own access to the internet and a PC/laptop (if carrying out tasks from a home location).

• Ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Good communication and team working skills with a willingness to learn.

You will be based at: Brandon Marsh Nature Centre or after a successful induction from your home location.


 Time commitment:

Flexible, between 1-2 hours each week, times to suit you, if 

undertaking this role from home. If working from an office at Brandon Marsh Nature Centre, hours will be between 

10am and 2pm, weekdays only.
