Hillz FM is a community radio station in Hillfields. Our fundraisers reach out to small/medium sized companies, and help with bid writing to trust/foundations.Detailed description
Key Responsibilities:
Help to write funding bids for both the core funding of Hillz FM and for Hillz FM's short-term projects
Target medium and large businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire to solicit donations
Promote studio space/podcasting space for rent/hire
Skills needed:
Ability to engage with diverse groups and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Skills in building and maintaining relationships with community members, businesses, and other organisations.
Experience or willingness to learn fundraising techniques, including bid writing and donor engagement.
Understanding of promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and support fundraising efforts.
Capacity to work collaboratively with other volunteers and stakeholders towards common goals.
