Fundraiser -- Hillz FM

Key Responsibilities:

Write funding bids for both the core funding of Hillz FM and for Hillz FM short-term projects

Target medium and large businesses in Coventry and Warwickshire to solicit donations

Sell radio advertising and show sponsorships

Promote studio space for rent/hire

Help to develop our fundraising strategy

Be innovative in ways to increase revenue and self-sufficiency.

Skills needed:

Ability to engage with diverse groups and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Skills in building and maintaining relationships with community members, businesses, and other organisations.

Experience or willingness to learn fundraising techniques, including bid writing and donor engagement.

Understanding of promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and support fundraising efforts.

Capacity to work collaboratively with other volunteers and stakeholders towards common goals.
