Want to help people to stop/ reduce smoking? Are you an ex-smoker or have you reduced the amount you smoke? We are looking for support buddies to work with us !
Availability for opportunities Monday or Tuesday between 9-5.
Are you an ex-smoker or have you reduced the amount you smoke? Do you remember the challenges of reducing or quitting?
Turn your experience into a powerful force for good! Join our Quit Buddy support service and help others navigate the journey to a smoke-free life.
As a volunteer support buddy, you will be teamed up with individuals who want to make changes to their lifestyle. Your support will vary from person to person (and around your availability)
You may:
Attend their health appointments (expenses covered)
Phone support
Facebook group support
All with the aim to help their journey become successful! you will do this through:
Sharing your story and strategies that worked for you
Offer encouragement and accountability
Celebrate every small victory
Your insight could be the difference between giving up and persevering. Together, we can help more people reclaim their health and well-being.
