Online support meeting for those who manage volunteers for charities and community groups
Opportunity to access peer support and group problem-solving, for those with volunteer management responsibility
These groups will be participant-led so come prepared to:
- Ask a question or explore an issue with other Volunteer Coordinators
- Group-think and problem solve
- Share your ideas and best practice
- Network and connect
Grab a cuppa, and join your fellow Volunteer Coordinators online for an hour to chat informally about all things volunteering, from recruitment to retention to celebrating and supporting your volunteers.
These events are run by Voluntary Action Coventry for our VCSE Alliance members. VCSE Alliance membership is free to any third sector organisation based in or operating services in Coventry and includes a wide range of benefits and support.
The Volunteer Coordinator Support Network is open to any member that engages with volunteers as part of their role, whether paid or unpaid, full or part-time.
