Summary

Join Chat Central for a meditative Sound Bath, experiencing healing sounds and vibrations in a beautiful historic setting in Coventry

Detailed description

Chat Central is delighted to welcome Sanctuary of Sound to deliver a sound bath meditation at the beautiful atmospheric venue of London Road Cemetery's Anglican Chapel.

Sound baths are an ancient meditative experience which help nourish and rebalance the mind, body and soul. You will lie down (or be seated) and allow yourself to drift off whilst the traditional healing instrument sounds wash over you, creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and tranquillity.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING: Wear loose, comfortable clothing and please bring a mat or blanket to lie down on.

This is a free workshop and booking is essential. Refreshments will be provided. To confirm your place, please ensure you complete the Chat Central sign-up form when you register to take part.

Chat Central is open to anyone who lives in Coventry and is aged 18 and over. We encourage people to try new things, meet new people and connect with groups and organisations throughout Coventry.
