Welcome to Chat Central's Wellbeing Wednesdays! Join us for a FREE Breathwork and Meditation session delivered by Becki and Ava at the Anglican Chapel.
Chat Central is a great place to try new things, make new friends and get involved in your community.
All activities are FREE and open to adults (18+) living in Coventry.
Relax and unwind with Becki & Ava in a peaceful setting. Breathwork and meditation are great for reducing stress, calming the mind, and improving well-being 🧘♂
Beginner friendly and no experience required - all welcome. Seated options will also be available.
