FREE Tai Chi session with Chat Central. All levels welcome and sit down options available.
Chat Central is a great place to try new things, make new friends and get involved in your community.
All activities are FREE and open to adults (18+) living in Coventry.
Welcome to the first Chat Central Wellbeing Wednesday! Join us at the Anglican Chapel in London Road Cemetery for a FREE Tai Chi session.
Tai Chi is a gentle system of movements & exercises designed to improve wellbeing, help balance and flexibility.
All levels welcome. The session will be beginner friendly and seated options are available. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Hot and cold drinks and fresh fruit available.
