Are you interested in volunteering but don't know where to start? Join one of Chat Central's volunteer taster sessions at FoodCycle Coventry.
Chat Central is a great place to try new things, make new friends and get involved in your community.
All activities are FREE and open to adults (18+) living in Coventry.
🌟 Interested in volunteering but don't know where to start?
Join Chat Central for a volunteer taster session at FoodCycle Coventry and discover how you can make a real difference.
🤝 FoodCycle Coventry is a community dining service that turns food that might otherwise be thrown away into free, healthy, three-course vegetarian meals, reducing waste and helping to bring people together to tackle loneliness.
✨ During this taster session, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how FoodCycle Coventry works, meet the team, and see what it's like to volunteer in a supportive and welcoming environment. You'll help turn food that might otherwise be thrown away into a delicious three-course vegetarian meal.
💚 Whether you're completely new to volunteering or simply looking for a new opportunity, this is a chance to build confidence, develop your skills, and be part of something that has a positive impact on the lives of others.
🙌 No previous culinary experience is required. Friendly staff and volunteers will be on hand throughout the session to answer questions and support you every step of the way.
📝 If you enjoy the experience, there will be an opportunity to sign up for future volunteering on the day.
