Summary

Are you interested in volunteering? Join Chat Central this Volunteers Week for a volunteer taster session at St Francis Employability.

Detailed description

Chat Central is a great place to try new things, make new friends and get involved in your community.

All activities are FREE and open to adults (18+) living in Coventry.

This Volunteers Week, Chat Central are hosting a range of volunteer taster sessions at different organisations in Coventry. Join us for a 2 hour volunteer session at St Francis Employability. St Francis supports people in many different ways, so tasks will be varied. Tasks may involve sorting out food donations for lunch, assisting with food deliveries for the social supermarket, supporting on reception, helping with gardening tasks etc.

Come along to find out what volunteering is all about and feel inspired to get involved!

About Chat Central project

We engage adults of all ages and physical abilities from all areas of Coventry. Whether new to the city, a student from overseas, a migrant, bereaved, retired, a new parent, just out of hospital, dealing with an illness or condition that limits their ability to get out, or just out of practice with socialising and getting more active and ‘out there.’
