🌱 Get Involved with Chat Central! 🌱


Chat Central is a great place to try new things, make new friends and get involved in your community.

All activities are FREE and open to adults (18+) living in Coventry.


We’re helping Groundwork and CV Life to transform an unused space at the Alan Higgs Centre into a beautiful community garden 🌿


Whether you're passionate about the outdoors, curious about volunteering, or just love gardening – this is a fantastic chance to get involved and make something amazing happen!


👩‍🌾 No gardening experience needed – everyone is welcome, and all equipment will be provided.


🧤 What to bring & wear:

  • Sturdy trainers or boots
  • Layers (in case it's cold)
  • Sun hat (if it's warm)
  • Reusable water bottle or cup (if you have one)

We engage adults of all ages and physical abilities from all areas of Coventry. Whether new to the city, a student from overseas, a migrant, bereaved, retired, a new parent, just out of hospital, dealing with an illness or condition that limits their ability to get out, or just out of practice with socialising and getting more active and ‘out there.’
