Chat Central is a great place to try new things, make new friends and get involved in your community.

All activities are FREE and open to adults (18+) living in Coventry.


Explore Coventry's rich history for FREE with Chat Central.

This Heritage Open Day, join Chat Central at Broadgate and Priory Gardens for Dame Goodyvers - a tradition dating back to the 15th Century! Originally created to honour Lady Godiva, this event now brings people together in a celebration of community and cultural diveristy.


Enjoy a colourful procession, live performances and a community picnic in the heart of Coventry. 🎭🎶🥪

About Chat Central project

We engage adults of all ages and physical abilities from all areas of Coventry. Whether new to the city, a student from overseas, a migrant, bereaved, retired, a new parent, just out of hospital, dealing with an illness or condition that limits their ability to get out, or just out of practice with socialising and getting more active and ‘out there.’
