Help our Retail Van Driver with receiving donated goods and loading them onto our vans to be transported to one of our retail locations
The main responsibilities as a van buddy would be
Delivering and collecting donations across our shops, households and other locations
- Promoting Gift Aid when collecting donations from the public
- The loading and unloading of vans of a large variety of items from furniture to clothing and books
- Supporting at events such as Donation Drive Thrus which are at the weekends
- Generally assisting customers, providing service to the highest standard and being an ambassador for Myton
Please note a good level of fitness to carry out this role which involves manual handling of donations and furniture as well as being reliable, flexible and a good time keeper to meet delivery schedule needs

We have three hospices in Coventry, Rugby and Warwick, and have the only Hospice Inpatient beds in Coventry and Warwickshire. We care for people aged 18+ living with a wide range of life-limiting illnesses including Respiratory, Heart & Neurological conditions, Cancer and Organ failure.
We are a charity, we are not the NHS, and we have to raise £11 million of the £14.3 million it costs this year to continue providing our services free of charge to patients and their loved ones. Just 20% of our funding comes from the NHS. We rely on donations and support from our local communities.
