Detailed description

About the Online Coffee Morning

This relaxed, informal session is for parents and carers of neurodivergent children, whether they have a diagnosis of autism, ADHD, sensory differences, SpLD or are still exploring possible support needs.

It’s a friendly and welcoming space to connect with others who understand what you're going through. Whether you want to share your experiences, ask questions, or just listen in with a cuppa, you’re very welcome.

These sessions offer a chance to:

  • Meet other parents and carers in a similar position
  • Get support and ideas for managing day-to-day challenges
  • Ask questions about behaviour, school, diagnosis, or anything on your mind
  • Learn about upcoming workshops and support through The Autism & ADHD Advocates CIC

You don’t need to have accessed any services before or have a formal diagnosis to attend, just come as you are.
