Help us improve a growing neurodiversity website supporting families across Coventry & Warwickshire. Shape content, structure, and user journey.
We are looking for someone to support the development of our website for The Autism & ADHD Advocates CIC, a growing service supporting neurodivergent families across Coventry & Warwickshire and online.
We already have strong content and increasing website traffic, but we now need support to improve how the site is structured and how visitors move through it.
This role would suit someone with an interest in websites, user experience, or digital marketing who wants to make a real difference in a community-focused organisation.
What you’ll help with:
- Improving the structure and layout of the website (Squarespace)
- Making it easier for families and professionals to find support
- Creating clearer pathways from blogs to bookings and services
- Supporting updates to pages such as events, workshops, and training
- Reviewing what is working and suggesting improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Someone organised and proactive
- An interest in websites, user journeys, or content
- Comfortable using or learning platforms like Squarespace
- Someone who cares about supporting families and making information accessible
You don’t need to be an expert — but you do need to be willing to learn and take initiative.
What you’ll gain:
- Experience working on a live, growing service
- Opportunity to shape a website that supports real families
- Flexible working and ongoing support
- A strong reference and potential for future paid opportunities as the organisation grows
