About The Albany Theatre
The Albany Theatre Trust is a registered charity. The theatre is in the heart of Coventry and stages in-house and professional touring dance, drama, community, music and comedy performances. Our mission is to engage, inspire and create. This is mainly executed by promoting social and community cohesion, as a meeting place for the sharing of creative experiences between Coventry’s diverse communities.
Our volunteers give their time and talents to help run shows at the theatre. We have so much to offer anyone who volunteers with us including a chance to make new friends, the opportunity to learn new skills, keep existing skillsets fresh, work towards paid employment and even free theatre tickets for the volunteering hours you work.
Full training is given, and we encourage all volunteers by providing a supportive environment to learn.
