Would you like to help support your local community through our Social Supermarket or Food Bank? If you're organised, friendly, and have a non-judgemental approach to communication, we would love to hear from you!
Our food support role focuses on assisting families in need by providing essential food items in a welcoming setting. This is a dynamic role where you’ll meet a wide range of people and experience the fast pace of a busy working environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and organising deliveries.
- Setting up and managing our Social Supermarket.
- Checking dates and rotating stock to ensure food safety.
- Picking and packing grocery bags and handing out food parcels.
- Communicating with people to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
We’re looking for someone friendly and approachable, with a strong commitment to helping others. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, please apply!
