12pm - Welcome and Opening Prayer
12:15pm - Icebreakers and sharing stories
12:45pm - Group Lunch (Bring and Share, or catered)
1:30pm - Encouragement talk
2pm - Fun activities (games, singing, poetry etc.)
2:45pm Closing words and group photo
3:15pm - Optional community walk
