Support organisations and businesses as they begin using the RE(SOURCE) Hub. You’ll help welcome new members, explain how the Hub works, and guide people as they start sharing resources and connecting with others.
The RE(SOURCE) Hub is part of RE(YOU)S CIC and is designed to help businesses and communities share resources, skills and opportunities in a simple and practical way.
We’re looking for Hub Navigator Volunteers who enjoy helping people understand new systems and making connections between organisations.
Your tasks may include:
Helping welcome new members to the RE(SOURCE) Hub
Introducing businesses and organisations to how the Hub works
Supporting members to list resources, skills or needs
Answering practical questions about using the Hub
Helping identify opportunities where members could collaborate
Sharing feedback with the RE(YOU)S team so we can improve the Hub
You don’t need to be an expert in the platform; guidance will be provided. This role is about being approachable, curious and supportive.
This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys meeting and connecting with people
- Is comfortable explaining ideas clearly
- Is interested in community initiatives, collaboration or sustainability
- Likes helping others feel confident using new systems
You’ll be supported by the RE(YOU)S team and work alongside other volunteers helping to grow the Hub.
