We’re looking for a volunteer PAT tester to help with on-site testing of electrical items at our community event. We will provide you with a PAT testing machine, MEGGER PAT 32 (Please check that you are familiar)
Or, bring your own, it’s even better—using a machine you’re familiar with will make the process quicker and easier for you!
What’s involved:
- PAT test redirected and repaired electrical items (e.g., kettles, toasters, etc.)
- Label items clearly after testing
- Keep a basic record of tests completed
- Support our RE(FIX) to repair and create safe, accessible spaces for the community
What you’ll need:
- Experience with PAT testing, either using a MEGGER PAT 32 (provided) or bring your own machine
- Confidence working independently and following safety protocols
- A friendly, community-minded approach
What we offer:
