To help RE(YOU)S stay connected to the community by engaging with people, listening to what’s needed, and feeding that back into the team.

What you’ll do

  • Spend time in community spaces, events, or conversations
  • Build connections with individuals and local groups
  • Listen to what people need, are struggling with, or are looking for
  • Share insights and observations back with the team
  • Help strengthen the connection between RE(YOU)S and the community

What you won’t do

  • Speak on behalf of RE(YOU)S without alignment
  • Represent other organisations
  • Collect or use information without clarity or consent
  • Work in isolation without feeding back into the team
