To help RE(YOU)S stay connected to the community by engaging with people, listening to what’s needed, and feeding that back into the team.
What you’ll do
- Spend time in community spaces, events, or conversations
- Build connections with individuals and local groups
- Listen to what people need, are struggling with, or are looking for
- Share insights and observations back with the team
- Help strengthen the connection between RE(YOU)S and the community
What you won’t do
- Speak on behalf of RE(YOU)S without alignment
- Represent other organisations
- Collect or use information without clarity or consent
- Work in isolation without feeding back into the team
