Sky Blues In The Community are offering a whole new mental health programme. Our workshop gives you the chance to learn about mental health strategies.
Sky Blues in the community team will give us some information about mental health and the ways we can manage and improve our mental health and resilience. They will be explaining there new offer and how you can register and participate in there new programme. You can ask questions, meet the team and sign up. Book a space by calling our office. Free tea and coffee.
We are offering a selection of workshops coving a variety of issues which impact on local residents. These will be over November and January so do look out for those. You are welcome to attend more than one as long as we have spaces. Spaces can be booked by calling our office.
You can come to as many of them as you wish as long as we have spaces on the allocated workshop
