Coventry Young Producers

Highly Sprung’s Coventry Young Producers project (CYP) is your chance to step into the world of producing and the creative industries.

This is not a performance project. It’s about learning how to make things happen. 

As a Young Producer you will:

◦             Take part in creative workshops

◦             Learn about producing, marketing, programming and event planning

◦             Meet professional artists and creative industry experts

◦             Build confidence, leadership and teamwork skills

◦             Work as part of a collective to make real decisions

◦             Help plan and deliver a 5-day Physical Theatre Festival at the Belgrade Theatre

Development days: 

8th April & 9th May - Intensive in-person sessions focused on hands-on producing skills, collaboration and big-picture festival planning.

Weekly meetings:

April - June - Regular weekly meetings to build skills, share ideas, meet professionals form the creative industries and make collective decisions as the festival ideas develop.
