Detailed description
Help us make information about health and care services aimed at local people easier to understand by giving your thoughts on various kinds of information, such as leaflets, letters, videos, and online content. Or other items aimed at the public to inform them.
The focus is on clear and plain information. We ask group members questions like:
· How easy is this to read?
· What did you understand?
· what did not you understand, and have you got any ideas for what would help people to understand.
No specific skills are needed, but we will offer you online training and support. We will also provide you with details about what we are looking for. We want to hear your thoughts about the information you are looking at.
This is flexible volunteering you can do from your home, that can fit in with the other things you do, and help make services better
