Update data (times/locations/bus routes) in a Publisher file to help 100s of Coventry older people each year to find a suitable local support / social group.

Good Neighbours Coventry's Activity Guides are used by 100s of older people each year to find a suitable local group. We have 10 Activity Guides (CV1-CV6, men, women, dementia, bereavement groups) which are printed out for older people who can't use the internet, to choose & access groups near them.

Social groups are constantly opening, closing & changing, so these Activity Guides need to be kept up to date.

This role involves using Publisher to update an Activity Guide with the latest group data (which will have been collected for you). You need to have an eye for details - both to make sure each page is accurate, and that it's neat (e.g. fonts are the same, maps are not wonky). You will also need to research bus routes using Google Maps, and take suitable screenshots of the map to insert into the Activity Guide.

Excellent English language skills are needed for this role - native speaker or C1 level.
