Help Geek.Zone grow! Volunteer as our Social Media Coordinator to post event updates 2-3x/week, boost engagement, and connect our geeky community.
Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (Volunteer / Part-Time)
About Geek.Zone: Geek.Zone is a vibrant, inclusive social charity dedicated to bringing geeks together! From board games and video games to coding and creative crafts, we build connected, supportive communities where everyone can embrace their inner geek.
The Role: We are looking for a creative, community-minded individual to help power our social media presence across platforms like Discord, Facebook, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post engaging content and updates 2–3 times per week.
- Promote upcoming events, community meetups, and charity initiatives.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster welcoming discussions.
- Brainstorm fun, geek-themed content to boost engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for all things geek culture!
- Great communication skills and basic experience with social media management.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and excited to make a positive impact in our community.
