We take corporate volunteering groups by appointment on Mondays and Thursdays between 9am and 5pm.
We have a range of tasks from planting or harvesting vegetables and fruit podding beans, fixing fencing, clearing brambles and looking after our old orchard and communal areas. We would really appreciate the help of larger groups to get some bigger jobs completed on the farm.
We can easily accommodate groups of 20 and with a bit of planning larger groups too.
If your group would like to spend the day outdoors making a difference for a local organic community farm please get in touch. We operate as a Veg box scheme where members pay monthly for a share of our weekly veg. This regular income pays for our growers and all the costs of running the farm (seeds, compost, rent, water, fuel, electricity, admin, finances, repairs of equipment, etc). We want to pay our employees a reasonable wage as growing organic food is the most important low impact impactfull job in the world.
