Summary
Can you help us with cleaning and basic maintenance around the center so that we can support vulnerable families?Detailed description
In this role, you will be supporting the community and helping families in need. You will meet lots of different people and experience a busy working environment.
Working as part of a team, you will be expected to help us keep the supermarket and community center clean and tidy. We do have a cleaning team, so this is just to help with the additional tasks that will help make Foleshill Community Centre more welcoming to our visitors.
Duties include:
- Cleaning fridges and shelves
- Washing trays
- Emptying bins and recycling
- Cleaning windows
- Litter picking
- Assisting keeping the grounds tidy

Shift times (maximum two shifts per week):
- Wednesdays: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
- Thursdays: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
- Fridays: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Commitment:
Volunteers are welcome whether they can help weekly or monthly, term time or during the holidays, regularly or occasionally.
Please note that all volunteers are required to undertake a DBS check, paid for by Feeding Coventry.
