This is a small group for an informal warm up and very light exercise session at Goals on Tuesday 22nd July 2025 11am-12pm. Beginners and re-starters welcome.
Hello,
This is a social light exercise group, a relaxed space for developing positive memories towards participation in sports. Ideal for rehabilitation both physically and mentally. Children Under 18's are also welcome ***BUT ONLY WHEN*** accompanied by their responsible Adult at all times during the Activity.
Meet like minded adults 18+ at the AT7, Goals Reception on Tuesday 22nd July 2025 11am-12pm. Beginners and re-starters are most welcome.
This will cost £6 per player per hour. Please pay with us at the Goals reception before we start.
We are trying to build Women's and Non-binary footballing environments from scratch and you are welcome to become part of building it.
All ages 18+.
