Hello,
This is a small group for an informal footballer style warm up and very light exercise session at Goals on Tuesday 8th July 2025 11am-12pm. Beginners welcome.
This will cost £6 per player per hour. Please pay with us at the Goals reception before we start.
We are trying to build Women's and Non-binary footballing environments from scratch and you are welcome to become part of it.
All ages 18+.

The team currently plays monthly tournaments in the Mental Health League run by the Birmingham County F.A. We are always looking for anyone to join and to tackle loneliness together.
