Demand for food bank services is sadly greater than ever. Every weekday our charity collects food and essential items donated by wholesalers and other suppliers
We're seeking an individual to volunteer to drive our van around the Coventry area to collect and deliver food to local food banks. You’ll help loading and unload items from the van to transport them between sites.
- We’re looking for someone with clear communication skills and a positive and helpful attitude.
- Motivated to support a local charity and give back to those in need.
- Must be 25+ years age to drive our van
We provide:
• We offer optional additional training and support both on-site and online.
• All required PPE is supplied for this role.
• A free lunch is provided, and travel fares are reimbursed.
• All our volunteers get a 20% discount in our charity shop.
Time Commitment: You could help out one day or more, Wednesday to Friday each week, depending on your availability.
Location: Based within the Coventry city area.
