Detailed description
🙌 Volunteer Roles Include:
🎈 Decorating the Space
- Setting up table decorations, bunting, signs, and a memory board
- Creating a cosy, colourful atmosphere
🪑 Table & Chair Set-Up
- Arranging communal tables and picnic areas
📸 Community Interviews & Photos
- Supporting our creative team to gather photos or video clips
🧹 Pack Down Crew (from 7:45 PM)
- Tidying up
- Helping pack decorations, fold chairs, and clear the area
