Detailed description

EPIC Young Business Programme

Join our community

The EPIC Young Business Programme is designed to engage, inspire, and enable young people aged 16–25 who have faced adversity to explore and develop their entrepreneurial potential. More than just a business course, it is a holistic journey that blends enterprise education with personal and professional development.

We are here beyond the programme, have alumni and community events/engagement to keep supporting you

The programme provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where young people can test ideas, gain practical skills, and build confidence. Through interactive workshops, mentoring, and hands-on projects, participants develop business acumen while strengthening resilience, creativity, and leadership skills that extend far beyond entrepreneurship.

EPIC focuses on creating equal opportunities by removing barriers that often prevent young people—especially those from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds—from accessing enterprise pathways. Each participant is supported to progress at their own pace, with tailored guidance that reflects their strengths, circumstances, and ambitions.

Graduates leave the programme not only with a viable business idea or venture but also with improved wellbeing, enhanced employability, and stronger connections to local networks.

By investing in young entrepreneurs, EPIC generates significant social value, reduces unemployment, and helps to build thriving, inclusive communities.
