Come join our CUE-mmunity gardening gathering and be a part of a greener Coventry. This session will include green spaces maintenance.
We meet the third Sunday of the month to work on our garden projects, hear from someone in the community, visit other green spaces and share ideas of what should happen next.
On our maintenance sessions we may prune, litter pick, plant, water, tidy or plan on the day - it depends on what the gardens and spaces need from us each month. Or we organise other events to learn more about nature, other green spaces and community collaborations.
No two sessions are the same. It's also a chance for people to connect, meet new people and be a part of a wonderful green community. Build your confidence, learn new skills and gain work experience and collaborating in a team.
No experience required. We have a lot of people with gardening know-how who are always keen to share their knowledge. We are also interested in people sharing their vision for a greener city centre and ideas on potential collaborations.

Our aims are:
- To raise awareness of the benefits of developing community-led green spaces.
- To identify green spaces in Coventry city centre in order to improve and repurpose them.
- To build a dynamic creative movement with people living and working in Coventry for the purpose of changing people’s experience of Coventry City Centre.
- To create and promote the maintenance of long-term, sustainable, accessible green spaces which support the health and wellbeing of the residents of Coventry and visitors to the city.
