Social enterprise marketing Volunteer

The CRMC social Enterprise- Spring Action Cleaning, is an ethical and exceptional cleaning business, offering supported employment to refugees and migrants to help them rebuild their lives in Coventry.

Volunteers will support the promotion of Spring Action by distributing marketing leaflets within the local community. The purpose of this role is to increase awareness of our cleaning services, attract new clients and support the growth of a social enterprise that provides employment opportunities to refugee and migrants. 

Volunteers will primarily work independently while distributing leaflets in assigned areas but will be coordinated and supported by the Spring Action Cleaning operations team. 

Key Activities- 

• Responsible for distributing promotional leaflets for Spring Action Cleaning in designated local areas.
• Planning and covering assigned routes.
• Collaborate with other volunteers when covering larger locations or specific target areas.
• Delivering leaflets to residential properties and selected local businesses.
• Ensure materials are distributed respectfully and efficiently. 
• Engaging politely with members of the public.
• Provide basic feedback on areas covered, leaflet engagement (e.g. interest from the public), and any observations that could support future outreach strategies.

Essential Attributes-

• Good level of reliability and the ability to follow instructions independently.
• Basic English communication skills 
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude, approachability, and willingness to represent Spring Action Cleaning in a professional manner are important. 
• Previous experience in customer service or community engagement is beneficial but not essential.
