Blitz Museum Guide - Reports to Head of Tourism
Tasks
· To offer a warm and genuine welcome to visitors to the Blitz Museum
· To give an overview of the museum and answer questions
· To have an awareness of important facts about the Cathedral
(We will provide these for you)
· To invite donations using the agreed donation ask
· To actively promote the Tower Climb, New Cathedral and other Cathedral attractions
· To promote services, events and exhibitions as appropriate
· Keep museum clean and tidy and report any issues in a timely manner
· Attend any meetings or training to help with role
