Volunteer Fundraisers

Coventry Boys & Girls Club (CBGC) is a small but impactful charity based in the heart of Coventry city centre. We work with children and young people from across the city, many of whom face multiple levels of disadvantage.

Our mission, guided by a passionate board of trustees, is to create opportunities that inspire and support young people, helping them thrive both now and in the future. We deliver a range of services, from Open Access Sessions — where young people can make friends and take part in activities like sports, music, poetry, and cooking — to targeted programmes such as The MAC Project, which provides mentoring for 10–19-year-olds on crime prevention, diversion, and community reparation.

Despite our size, we’re proud of the impact we make — but we want to do even more for the children who need us most.

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Volunteer Fundraisers to join our team. In this role, you will help raise vital funds to support our programmes, enabling staff to focus on delivering mentoring, youth activities, and other core services.

You could get involved in activities such as:

·      Supporting fundraising campaigns and events

·      Engaging with local communities, businesses, and supporters

·      Assisting with bid writing and grant applications

·      Helping to secure donations to sustain and grow our services
