Coventry Boys and Girls Club is one of the city’s longest-standing youth charities, supporting young people to thrive through sports, creative activities, and personal development.
We are seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees.
We are particularly interested in welcoming applicants with experience in facilities management to help us maintain and develop our city-centre premises. Your expertise will ensure our spaces remain safe, welcoming, and fit for the future.
As a trustee, you will:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the charity.
- Support the leadership team with advice and guidance.
- Help shape opportunities for young people across Coventry.
This is a voluntary role requiring around 6 meetings a year, plus occasional support outside of board meetings.

We offer a range of services, from Open Access Sessions — where young people can make friends and take part in activities like sports, music, poetry, and cooking — to targeted programmes like The MAC Project, which provides mentoring for 10–19-year-olds on topics crime prevention, diversion, and community reparation.
