About Clothing Coventry
We are a charity supporting people in Coventry in clothing poverty. We believe everyone should have access to season appropriate clothing. Clothes are a basic need for everyone and no one should be without appropriate clothing when WRAP estimate that 336,000 tonnes of used clothing discarded each year in the UK. We repurpose high-quality donations of clothing from our local community, ensuring that our clients have access to the clothing they need, as well as reducing waste in our city too.
You can get involved today by becoming a Volunteer. We have various roles that could range from sorting donations, dealing with clients, stocking up our shop front or delivering clothes and many more. Our work is made possible by the support and dedication of our diverse volunteer team, which includes local people, current and former clients, students, corporate teams, community groups, and professionals. Whoever you are, we believe you can bring something important to Clothing Coventry. We offer both regular and one-off volunteering opportunities in our warehouses, providing full training and a chance to improve your English or enhance your skills. But most importantly, an opportunity to join us, make friends and be part of our vibrant, diverse and welcoming team.
