Help us build new relationships with organisations and groups in Coventry and Warwickshire

We have a fantastic new volunteer role supporting our fundraising team to maximise our fundraising. As a fundraising research volunteer, you will support our fundraising team as we grow our presence throughout Coventry and Warwickshire.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Research and identify local businesses, corporates, and groups for our fundraising team to approach.
  • Use LinkedIn to find local businesses.
  • Finding local events that Carers Trust Heart of England can partner with.
  • Identify how businesses and the Carers Trust Heart of England can work together to meet shared objectives.
  • Research possible Charity of the Year partnerships.


The skills you have:

  • Good people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work independently
  • Good IT skills – able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and LinkedIn


Equipment needed:

  • A computer or smartphone with access to the internet.
  • Social media account (LinkedIn).


Times and Commitment:

  • The role is home-based. ·
  • You can commit to an hour or two a week or whatever fits in with your free time.

Please note that the lower age limit for volunteering with Carers Trust Heart of England is 18, due to our safeguarding policy and insurance. This post is subject to a successful interview and a DBS check.
